LAMINATED AND PRINTED PANELS /upload/argos/sayb3.jpgThe Argos Grading System detects, categorizes and classifies all types of surface defects in decorative panels. The strength of the Argos system is its ability to detect and categorize defects at full production speeds. Multiple camera lines and light sources are used to capture separate images for 2D, 3D and Gloss defects. The images are transferred to a standard PC running Windows XP. The Argos software analyzes the captured images for surface defects and grades the board according to the selected grading recipe. Digital signals controlling the sorter or a Ink Marking System are activated based on the grading result.
       
 FURNITURE COMPONENTS /upload/argos/systemexit.jpgThe Argos system can easily be tailord to inspect cut-to-size furniture components.  The system can be configured to inspect both surface and edges for defects and identifying drill holes.
