PANEL REPAIR SYSTEM
|
 ARGOS Panel Repair System detects and repairs openings like missing knots, cracks and splits in plywood panels prior to sanding. The system can be set up to grade the panel into 3 different categories: good, repairable and nonrepairable. The repair station compromises a camera based inspection system that detects and categorizes the defects plus a repair table using a X/Y drive to perform the different repair tasks. The machine can hold a router for removing bad knots and two different putty heads for appling wood putty and poly patch.
The conveyor, delivered as a part of the system, is designed to ensure stable and predictable transport as the board is inspected and repaired. |

| SURFACE INSPECTION SYSTEM |
 The Argos system for inspection of plywood panels has been designed to inspect the panels after sizing or sanding. The system can easily be configured to inspect both surfaces and all edges in one operation. |
