As a responsible company, our commitment is to respect and protect your privacy and personal information. We are committed that your personal information is processed safely, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
TREATMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you create a customer profile at one of our companies, or enter information in a contact form, we only use the personal information that is necessary for us to fulfill the agreed commitments we are facing. Empty fields may be marked “must be filled out” where this is required. Lack of submission of necessary personal information may result in us being unable to provide you with the requested products or services.

We have a consent policy for obtaining your authorization related to newsletters and contact form. Consent to process and sharing of personal information may also be indirect or implied based on the activity in which such personal information is given.
If you trade on behalf of another person, you are responsible for your consent to provide his / her personal information to us.
If a minor has provided us with his / her personal information without the consent of the guardian, the guardian should contact us to remove this personal information.
If you wish to unsubscribe from your newsletter or do not want us to share your personal information with third parties, follow the cancellation steps describe in our communication letter or form. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will do our best to respond to your request within a reasonable period of time. If you no longer wish for third parties to process your personal information, we may no longer offer you any services you have requested.
YOUR REGISTERED PROFILE
We need your help to keep your personal information complete and up to date at all times. If you have created a personal profile on one of our websites that conduct online shopping (maxbo.no, maxboproff.no or verketinteror.no), you can change personal information stored in “Your Profile”. You will be prompted to provide a username and password before accessing this information. Make sure the information is updated at all time as this may be required when ordering goods. When you send us an email, subscribe to our newsletter or use our contact form for other reasons, we will keep your email address to respond to your inquiry.
INSIGHT, STORAGE, DELIVERY AND SAFETY
The law gives you the right to see what personal information we have about you. You can access personal data stored on your profile as described in the chapter “Your Registered Profile”. You may request access to any information we have stored by contacting us at the adress described below:

We delete any unnecessary personal information routinely when the company no longer needs them, with the exception of situations where we are legally bound to store personal information for a longer period.
